Hive Fitness Studio is conveniently located in Wilkesboro, offering early morning, afternoon and evening training options to fit most schedules. There are large private changing areas and a large private shower.
Small group training offers the accountability and fun of "bootcamp" style training with the safety and sustainability of long-term exercise programming. These small groups are fully inclusive and open to all. Adaptive equipment is available to accommodate those with disabilities. (7-10 people)
Though many clients find the closely guided instruction of Megan's Small Group training meets their desire for more personalized training. Some goals are more time sensitive, and some clients may still need or want one-on-one training to reach their goals. Private and semi-private training offer individualized training plans for each session designed for your unique goals. (1-6 people)
Athlete development programs at Hive Fitness Studio are designed to build resilient, high performing athletes with strong bodies and minds through teaching of sound techniques, fundamental athletic skills and with guidance on proper rest and nutrition. Whether your athlete has D1 dreams or wants to be the best possible high school player, Megan can get them there. Team training available on and off site. (1-20+ people, ages 7 and up)
