Megan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Foods and Nutrition from App State as well as a level 1 coaching certification from Precision Nutrition. She says, “For most of my clients, nutrition feels like the most frustrating element of their health routine. I help people develop eating habits and skills to break the dieting cycle for good." Clients start by defining their values (their "why") then focus on practicing 5 main eating skills while working on strategies to overcome obstacles to success. This is nutrition that fits YOU, not the other way around.
